<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution
<br />9038, accepting the lowest interest cost of 4.54
<br />percent for the $2,900,000 Improvement Bonds, Series
<br />20, submitted by FBS Investment Services, Inc., be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson,
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />9039, accepting the lowest interest cost of 4.21 9039
<br />percent for the $8,640,000 General Obligation
<br />Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 1994, submitted by
<br />FBS Investment Services, Inc., be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />F-2 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9040, RESOLUTION
<br />ordering Ramsey county to re-establish assessments SS- 9040
<br />W-ST-82-12, Auditor No. 5583, and W-82-15, Auditor No.
<br />5584, to be collected beginning with the 1993 taxes
<br />collectible in 1994 and continuing for the remaining
<br />eleven (11) years, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
