<br />amending section 151.090 of the City Code of the city
<br />of Roseville relating to Administrative Penalties for
<br />Liquor Law Violators, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance
<br />1133, amending Chapter 310 of the city Code of the
<br />city of Roseville dealing with the sale of tobacco
<br />products, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P.
<br />Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />1134, adding a new Chapter 3 establishing a procedure
<br />for enforcing Administrative Offenses, be adopted.

<br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that Resolution
<br />9043, authorizing the City of Roseville to adopt an
<br />ordinance establishing a procedure for adjudicating
<br />Administrative Offenses and providing for a schedule
<br />of offenses and administrative penalties, be adopted.
