<br />Roseville City council Minutes <br />February 28, 1994 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that the final PUD <br />Plan for Space Center, Inc., located at 2481 North <br />Cleveland Avenue, be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the project be developed in accordance with <br />the site plan and elevations dated January 12, <br />1994. <br /> <br />2. That a vegetative screen be provided along the <br />south side of the property as approved by city <br />staff. <br /> <br />3. That city staff review and approve the final storm <br />sewer plan. <br /> <br />4. That the Mayor and city Manager be authorized to <br />execute the final Planned Unit Development <br />Agreement when complete. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />0-2 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Good Value GOOD VALUE <br />Homes request for final plat and final Planned unit HOMES <br />Oevelopment plan approval for the property at the <br />northeast quadrant of Lexington Avenue and Highway 36 <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the applicant work with property owners <br />across Grandview and City staff to minimize the <br />impact of the driveway entrance by installing a <br />minimum 4-l/2 percent grade driveway and, if <br />necessary, installing conifers for screening head- <br />lights. <br /> <br />2. That the design and building materials be as <br />presented to the Planning commission in site and <br />building plans dated for the January 12, 1994 <br />Planning commission meeting. <br /> <br />3. That there be a monument entry sign without <br />lighting on Grandview Avenue. <br /> <br />4. That staff review a number of items related to <br />utility placement, interior street design, <br />driveway openings, and final landscape plans. <br /> <br />5. That the limit of units be revised from 58, as <br />shown on the plans dated January 12, 1994, to 54 <br />units. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
