<br />city Manager be authorized to execute a Planned Unit
<br />Development Agreement and Subdivision Agreement
<br />between the city of Roseville and Good Value Homes for
<br />development of the property at the northeast quadrant
<br />of Lexington Avenue and Highway 36, subject to
<br />Metropolitan Council approval of the Comprehensive
<br />Plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson,
<br />Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
