Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that a Public Improve- <br />ment Hearing for street reconstruction and storm <br />sewer, Acorn Road, City Project P-94-02, Neighborhood <br />44, be continued to the regular City Council meeting <br />of March 28, 1994. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution <br />9065, approving the establishment of Tax Increment <br />Financing oistrict No. 14 and approving the attached <br />tax increment financing plan relating thereto, be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, P. <br />Johnson, wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />9065 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that the Mayor and city <br />Manager be authorized to execute a Development <br />Agreement as outlined in the staff report and approved <br />by City legal staff. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />E. ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS <br />E-1 V. Johnson moved, wi ski seconded, that the regular MEETING <br />city Council meeting scheduled for Monday, March 14, CANCELLATION <br />1994 be canceled because three Council Members will be <br />out of town. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, P. <br />Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />F-1 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that a temporary ACI, INC. <br />Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for a twelve (12) month <br />period (February 28, 1995) be granted to Advance <br />Circuits, Inc. (ACI) on Terrace Drive with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the company will complete its share of land- <br />scaping, berming, and fencing (if needed) per the <br />Master Plan prepared by Dahlgren, Shardlow, and <br />Uban in September/October, 1993. <br /> <br />2. That the City will continue to monitor sound. <br />
