Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that an ordinance <br />defining amusement devices, areas, and game rooms, <br />activities and regulations, and adding Special Use <br />Permit requirements be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for a public hearing, with formal action by <br />the Council to be considered after the Planning <br />Commission recommendation is received. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Ordinance <br />1137, amending Chapter 201, section 201.010 of the <br />city Code by adding new language regarding growth of <br />weeds, grasses, or other rank vegetation, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: Wiski. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Goedeke moved, P.
