<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Roger and Gladys
<br />Reiling, 1877 Gluek Lane, be appointed to the Rose-
<br />ville sister City Association's Executive Committee.

<br />unexpired term on the Human Rights Commission,

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be authorized to enter into an agreement
<br />with precision Tree, Inc. for the removal of diseased
<br />trees and stumps at $9.09jdiameter inch and per
<br />advertised specifications, with the expenditures for
<br />the contract to be taken from the Diseased Tree
<br />Account of the 1994 Budget. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />9074, receiving a petition and setting the date for a
<br />supplemental special assessment hearing for Project W-
<br />80-20 for May 23, 1994, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />wiski, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson.

<br />9075, accepting work completed under the contract for
<br />Project M-93-23, authorizing final payment in the
<br />amount of $15,660 to Grendahl Mechanical, Inc., be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
