Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance ORDINANCE <br />1138, amending Chapter 119 of the city Code of the 1138 <br />City of Roseville, pertaining to the regulation of <br />lawful Bingo and other lawful gambling by amending <br />Section 119.015, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />Wiski. <br /> <br />H-3 Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that Ordinance 1139, ORDINANCE <br />amending the city Code of the city of the city of 1139 <br />Roseville by adding Chapter 122 regulating Pawnbrokers <br />and Precious Metal Dealers, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that Ordinance 1140, ORDINANCE <br />amending Section 100.030 of the City Code of the city 1140 <br />of Roseville providing for License Fees for Pawn Shop <br />Licenses and Precious Metal Licenses, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />J. ITEMS TABLED <br />Because the applicants representing Har Mar, Inc. were <br />now present, this item was removed from ITEMS TABLED. <br /> <br />(Formerly D-3) <br />J-1 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Har Mar, Inc. BAR MAR, INC. <br />request for a Planned unit Development (PUD) Concept <br />Development Plan, rezoning from 1-1 to PUD, and a <br />preliminary plat be approved at County Road C and <br />Snelling with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The Snelling Avenue access to the restaurant shall <br />be an "Entry Only" area and be reviewed by the <br />City's traffic consultants and signed <br />appropriately. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall place trees on the Lincoln <br />Drive Boulevard per the Twin Lake's Design Plans. <br /> <br />3. Out Lot B shall become part of Lot 3. <br /> <br />4. Sidewalks along the west side of the property <br />shall be installed or a dedication to the sidewalk <br />fund for future construction shall be made per <br />staff recommendation. <br /> <br />5. The Bank Tower shall be no more than 20 feet in height. <br /> <br />6. Staff shall review the final engineering and <br />landscape plans. <br /> <br />7. Trash enclosures shall be inside or attached to <br />the building with a roof cover. <br />
