The building design and materials, site plans, and <br />landscape plans shall be per the plans of April <br />13, 1994, presented to the Planning commission. <br /> <br />9. The traffic consultant will review stop signs and <br />other pedestrian safety devices along Lincoln <br />Drive. <br /> <br />10. All parcels shall contain cross easement agree- <br />ments for parking. <br /> <br />11. The site shall include designated pedestrian <br />walkways connecting all buildings along the <br />driveway from Lincoln Drive, and a crosswalk at <br />Lincoln Drive designed to facilitate nonmotorized <br />circulation. <br /> <br />12. Any major change in building use or tenant mix at <br />any time in the future that would result in a <br />significant increase in traffic on or around the <br />site shall require an amendment to the PUD. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and V.
