<br />Council Member Barb Mastel stated that Council Member
<br />Pat Johnson recently received the 1994 Gavel Associa-
<br />tion's Distinguished Leadership Award from the North
<br />Suburban Gavel Association. Pat was congratulated by
<br />the Council and those present.
