<br />P. Johnson, Mastel seconded, that Thomas Willmusj
<br />Enterprise Rent A Car request for an amendment to an
<br />existing Special Use Permit for thirty (30) additional
<br />parking spaces at 2484 N. Cleveland Avenue be approved
<br />on the condition that the amended Special Use Permit
<br />be for a period of eight (8) years. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that Gary NordnessjLon
<br />Musolf's request for a 9 foot front yard variance and
<br />a 5 foot rear yard variance to the Zoning Ordinance,
<br />per plans submitted, to expand the existing building
<br />at 2760 Fairview Avenue North, and to allow the
<br />applicant up to five (5) years to install concrete
<br />curb and gutter around the perimeter of the rear
<br />parking lot with a storm water catch basin that will
<br />take the parking lot surface drainage to an existing
<br />storm sewer line south the property, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution
<br />9082, assessing costs of $23,889.82 to the property
<br />at PIN 05-29-23-32-0078-9, City Project W-80-20, be
<br />adopted and the County Auditor notified accordingly.

<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that American Legion
<br />Club Rosetown Memorial Post No. 542 property, located
<br />at 700 West County Road C, and all other parcels west
<br />of the Kehr property be removed from the current
<br />discussions regarding the Comprehensive Plan Amendment
<br />and considered at another time. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Council Member Pat Johnson asked that a letter she
<br />received from Jill Bergquist regarding proposed
<br />changes in the Comprehensive Plan for the area of
<br />County Road C and Dale be made a part of the record at
<br />this time.

<br />V. Johnson moved, Wiski seconded, that the Comprehen-
<br />sive Plan Amendment from L-R to M-R for the Kehr and
<br />Borgstrom, Britz, Booth, and Salverda properties be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: V. Johnson. Nays: P.
<br />Johnson, Wiski, Mastel, and Goedeke. Motion failed.
