Johnson seconded, that the fillj <br />excavation permit for Central Landscaping, Inc. of <br />Forest Lake, Minnesota, for placement of 6,000 yards <br />of material in Central Park, west of Dale, be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the dust be controlled. <br /> <br />2. That the project be completed by August 1, 1994. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Arnt <br />Construction, Inc. of Hugo, Minnesota, request for a <br />filljexcavation permit for placement of 26,000 cubic <br />yards of material at 398 Minnesota Avenue be continued <br />to the regular City Council meeting of June 13, 1994. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P.
