Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the fill <br />permit for Arnt Construction for 398 and 404 Minnesota <br />Avenue be referred back to staff for further informa- <br />tion regarding storm sewer design, performance <br />guarantees, and trees. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution <br />9085, approving plans and specifications and <br />authorizing the advertisement for bids for City <br />Project 93-10, Lincoln Drive/County Road C-2, Phase <br />Two, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that staff and the <br />neighborhood distribute a second survey to those <br />property owners who originally voted "No" or did not <br />respond to the first survey of S-style curb with <br />exposed aggregate for Mid Oaks Land and Mid Oaks Road, <br />1994 PMP Neighborhood 53. If, after the second <br />survey, 75 percent or more of the neighborhood support <br />the installation of "Exposed Aggregate Curb", then the <br />City will install it. The second survey is to be <br />returned to the City by June 22, 1994. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: Goedeke. <br /> <br />V. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION <br />9086, restricting parking on Eustis street on the east 9086 <br />and west side, and Mid Oaks Lane west of Mid Oaks Road <br />on the west and north sides of Mid Oaks Lane, T.H. 36 <br />Service Drive east of Dale street on both sides, <br />Laurie Road on the north side from Midlothian to <br />Haddington, and Ridgewood Drive entrance road on the <br />north side, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
