Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9087, <br />approving the extension of a moratorium on the <br />consideration of all applications for variances to the <br />shore land management regulations and for building <br />permits to construct any structure or deck with 75 <br />feet of the normal high water line of any public water <br />on shore lands as defined in Roseville City Code <br />Chapter 18 to October 1, 1994, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and <br />City Manager be authorized to enter into an agreement <br />for the 1995 Star of the North Summer Games with the <br />Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission State Games Board, <br />and to provide for up to $20,000 of initial costs <br />which are to be reimbursed, with interest, from the <br />Games fees and charges. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, V. Johnson seconded, that Parkridge <br />Development Corp.jAI Kehr's request for withdrawal of <br />the application for Planned Unit Development (PUO) <br />Concept Development Plan approval, rezoning from R-1 <br />to PUD at 674, 656, and 646 W. County Road C be <br />approved, with no refunding of fees. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, P.
