<br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS
<br />Gary Olsson, General Manager of Rosedale Center,
<br />presented the City with a donation of $20,000 to the
<br />Commercial Patrol.

<br />HEARINGS
<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance
<br />1141, as amended, adding a new Chapter 147 to the city
<br />Code of the city of Roseville regulating wild animals
<br />in the City, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Ordinance 1142,
<br />as amended, amending Chapter 116 of the City Code of
<br />the City of Roseville relating to massage therapy
<br />establishments, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Ordinance
<br />1143, amending Section 100.030, providing for license
<br />fees for Massage Therapy Licenses, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance
<br />1144, as amended, amending Chapter 101, Section
<br />101.010-101.050 of the City Code by adding new
<br />language defining amusement devices, areas, and game
<br />rooms, activities, and regulations, and adding Special
<br />Use Permit requirements to Chapter 8, section 8.330
<br />through 8.350, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Ordinance 1145,
<br />amending Section 236.010 of the City Code of the City
<br />of Roseville adding a ninth member to the Parks and
<br />Recreation commission, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.
