Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution <br />9090, calling for a public hearing at the regular City <br />council meeting of August 8, 1994, on the proposed <br />establishment of a hazardous substance subdistrict <br />within Tax Increment Financing District No. 11, within <br />development District No.1, and the proposed adoption <br />of an amended Tax Increment Financing Plan relating <br />thereto, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Paul and Mary <br />Manns' request for 5 foot variance at 2233 st. Croix <br />street, in accordance with the City's policy for <br />driveway side yard setbacks in conjunction with street <br />work being done in the community, be continued to the <br />regular City Council meeting of Monday, July 11, 1994. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that the following <br />blanket minor variance be approved in accordance with <br />the City's policy for driveway side yard setbacks in <br />conjunction with street work being done in the <br />community: <br /> <br />Glen and Carol Merrill request for 4 foot variance <br />at 2182 Midlothian Road. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Wiski moved, V. Johnson seconded, that Arnt Construc- <br />tion's request for a fill permit at 398 and 404 <br />Minnesota Avenue be approved in accordance with the <br />plan submitted, and that Midwest Land Surveyors & <br />civil Engineers, Inc. certify the final grading <br />design (per attached letter dated June 24, 1994), and <br />final grading as built plan.
