Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Har Mar, HAR MAR, INC. <br />Inc.'s request for Planned unit Development (PUD) Plan <br />and final plat approval at Snelling Avenue and County <br />Road C be approved with the following conditions, <br />subject to completion and approval of a Subdivision <br />Development Agreement by the City Manager: <br /> <br />1. That the Snelling Avenue access shall be <br />constructed per MnDOT plat review. <br /> <br />2. That the applicant shall place trees on the <br />Lincoln Drive Boulevard per the Twin Lake's design <br />plans. <br /> <br />3. That out lot B shall become part of Lot 3. <br /> <br />4. That sidewalks along the west side of the property <br />shall be installed. <br /> <br />5. That the bank tower shall be no more than 20 feet <br />in height. <br /> <br />6. That staff shall review the final engineering and <br />landscape plans. <br /> <br />7. That trash enclosures shall be inside or attached <br />to the building with a roof cover. <br /> <br />8. That the building design and materials, site <br />plans, and landscape plans shall be per the plans <br />of April 13, 1993, presented to the Planning <br />commission. <br /> <br />9. That the traffic consultant will review stop signs <br />and other pedestrian safety devices along Lincoln <br />Drive. <br /> <br />10. That all parcels shall contain cross easement <br />agreements for parking. <br /> <br />11. That the site shall include designated pedestrian <br />walkways connecting all buildings along the drive- <br />way from Lincoln Drive, and a crosswalk at Lincoln <br />Drive be designated to facilitate nonmotorized <br />circulation. <br /> <br />12. That any major change in building use or tenant <br />mix at any time in the future that would result in <br />a significant increase in traffic on or around the <br />site shall require an amendment to the PUD. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and V.
