Roseville city Council Minutes June 28, 1994 Page 4 D-2 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Har Mar, HAR MAR, INC. Inc.'s request for Planned unit Development (PUD) Plan and final plat approval at Snelling Avenue and County Road C be approved with the following conditions, subject to completion and approval of a Subdivision Development Agreement by the City Manager: 1. That the Snelling Avenue access shall be constructed per MnDOT plat review. 2. That the applicant shall place trees on the Lincoln Drive Boulevard per the Twin Lake's design plans. 3. That out lot B shall become part of Lot 3. 4. That sidewalks along the west side of the property shall be installed. 5. That the bank tower shall be no more than 20 feet in height. 6. That staff shall review the final engineering and landscape plans. 7. That trash enclosures shall be inside or attached to the building with a roof cover. 8. That the building design and materials, site plans, and landscape plans shall be per the plans of April 13, 1993, presented to the Planning commission. 9. That the traffic consultant will review stop signs and other pedestrian safety devices along Lincoln Drive. 10. That all parcels shall contain cross easement agreements for parking. 11. That the site shall include designated pedestrian walkways connecting all buildings along the drive- way from Lincoln Drive, and a crosswalk at Lincoln Drive be designated to facilitate nonmotorized circulation. 12. That any major change in building use or tenant mix at any time in the future that would result in a significant increase in traffic on or around the site shall require an amendment to the PUD.
