<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be authorized to execute a Planned unit
<br />Development Agreement between the City of Roseville
<br />and Har Mar, Inc. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS
<br />Tom Urbanski, Chairman of the 50th Anniversary Commit-
<br />tee, thanked the Council, on behalf of the Roseville
<br />Fire Department, for providing the 50th Anniversary
<br />Book to all current firefighters and retirees, and
<br />presented Council with copies of the Roseville Fire
<br />Department's 50th Anniversary book, "From Rosetown To
<br />Roseville, 1944 - 1994".

<br />E-2 Richard Houck, of 1133 Roselawn Avenue W., shared with GREENWAY
<br />Council his comments on the greenway access to Bruce ACCESS, BRUCE
<br />Russell Park and presented a petition from the RUSSELL PARK
<br />abutting property owners opposed to a change of use
<br />from single family, privately owned, to publicly
<br />controlled, publicly used park land.

<br />Mary Bakeman, of 1178 W. County Road B, shared with
<br />Council her favorable comments on the Lexington
<br />Avenue/County Road B project.

<br />Council Member Barb Mastel, on behalf of the City
<br />Council, thanked Bob Bierscheid, Parks and Recreation
<br />Director, and his staff; Mike Hermes, Chairman of the
<br />Rose Parade; the Roseville Firefighters; and all the
<br />volunteers involved, for their work on the Rose Parade,
<br />the Roseville Firefighters' Parade, and Rosefest 1994.

<br />wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a public
<br />hearing of city Project St-94-09, Twin Lakes Regional
<br />storm Water Pond, be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of Monday, July 11, 1994. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Naftalia
<br />Alkali's request for a Special Use Permit for an
<br />automobile repair facility at 3114 Lexington Avenue
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, July 25, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.
