<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of June 28, 1994, be approved.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Item B-6, Blanket
<br />Minor variance request for 3 foot minor variance at
<br />32 Mid Oaks Lane, in accordance with the City's policy
<br />for driveway side yard setbacks in conjunction with
<br />street work being done in the community, be added to
<br />the Consent Agenda. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Agenda, Items B-3 through B-6 be approved. Roll Call,

<br />Manager be authorized to sign an agreement with the
<br />Environment and Energy Resource Center to complete an
<br />energy audit for the City of Roseville, with the cost
<br />of the audit to be funded by NSP. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Renewal of Business Licenses be approved. Roll Call,
