<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ardis V.
<br />Harrison's request for a 3 foot minor variance at 32
<br />Mid Oaks Lane, in accordance with the City's policy
<br />for driveway side yard setbacks in conjunction with
<br />street work being done in the community, be approved.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the following
<br />blanket minor variance be approved in accordance with
<br />the City's policy for driveway side yard setbacks in
<br />conjunction with street work being done in the
<br />community:

<br />Harlene Overgaard request for 5 foot variance
<br />at 2223 st. Croix street.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and city
<br />Manager be authorized to sign an agreement with the
<br />Minnesota Islamic Cemetery Association, establishing
<br />certain rights and obligations with regard to use and
<br />continued maintenance of the Rosedale Cemetery, and
<br />have staff look into the possibility of changing the
<br />name of the Cemetery. The agreement shall be
<br />effective upon a contribution of $30,000 from Ramsey
<br />County, $30,000 from the city's Contingency Fund, and
<br />$12,000 from the Islamic Association. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, wiski, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9091,
<br />approving the Public Works Director to apportion
<br />assessments for the Calendar Year 1994, be adopted.
