<br />Ron Wolney, 3008 Arona street N., presented Council
<br />with a petition, signed by residents of the Roseville
<br />Terrace addition (vicinity of Lydia and Arona Street),
<br />to limit additional buildings on existing residential
<br />lots, and expressed his concern of home values, water
<br />run-off, safety aspect, noise, etc., if the person who
<br />purchased the property at 3004 Arona is allowed to
<br />construct a two or three car garage across the back of
<br />that property. Mr. Wolney asked that a moratorium be
<br />placed on any construction of this type. Council will
<br />review and discuss this matter at their July 18 regular
<br />city council work session.
<br />
<br />Council Member Mastel stated that the Roseville Boys
<br />14 and Under Fast pitch team, coached by Jim Warner,
<br />won the state Championship, and extended her congratu-
<br />lations to all involved.

<br />HEARINGS
<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Chi-Chi's,
<br />Inc., dba Chi-Chi's Mexican Restaurante, Application
<br />for On Sale and special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 1925
<br />W. Perimeter Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution
<br />9092, approving the project, approving plans and
<br />specifications, and authorizing staff to advertise for
<br />bids for city Project ST-94-09, Twin Lakes Regional
<br />storm Sewer Pond, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that an ordinance
<br />changing the name of public street Emerald Drive to
<br />Emerald Ridge, be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of August 8, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
