<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />August 22, 1994 <br /> <br />C. <br />C-l <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />D. <br />0-1 <br /> <br />0-2 <br /> <br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS <br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that $25,000 in <br />community Development Block Grant Funds be accepted <br />from Ramsey County to improve the accessibility of <br />City facilities under the Americans with Disatilities <br />Act (ADA), and the City Manager be authorized to sign <br />the formal agreement with Ramsey County. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, anc V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, wi ski seconded, that Resolution <br />9094, appointing Election Judges and Alternate Judges <br />for the Primary Election to be held on Septemter 13, <br />1994, and the General Election to be held on ~ovember <br />8, 1994, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, <br />P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: ~one. <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that a business <br />license extension to allow eleven additional ~ool <br />tables within the existing business at 1319 Lerpenteur <br />Avenue, AI's Pool and Billiards, be approved ~ith the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That trash be properly screened from publjc view <br />on two sides by July 1, 1995. <br /> <br />2. That the parking lot be properly striped ty <br />July 1, 1995. <br /> <br />3. That insurance be increased to $1,000,000. <br /> <br />4. That lighting and cameras be added to monjtor the <br />parking lot by July 1, 1995. <br /> <br />5. That a cigarette license be approved for cne year <br />only, until July 1, 1995. <br /> <br />6. That the hours of the establishment be frcm <br />11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Coedeke, <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that an adver1isement <br />for bids for a pre-manufactured metal picnic ~helter <br />to replace the current Central Park Lions Clul Shelter <br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P. <br />Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
