<br />1994 PIP funds from the Acorn Park Tennis Court OF 1994 PIP
<br />Project to the resurfacing of the Howard Johnson Trail FUNDS
<br />be approved, with the estimated project cost for the
<br />trail resurfacing not to exceed $13,964. Roll Call,

<br />9095, approving Neighborhoods 13, 15, 25, 26, 44, 46,
<br />and 51 as part of the 1995 Pavement Management Program
<br />(PMP) and authorizing the preparation of feasibility
<br />studies for 1995 PMP City projects, be adoptec. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goede~e, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />prohibiting the storage of firewood in front lards,
<br />and an ordinance prohibiting the storage of meterials
<br />and equipment in the front yard of residential
<br />properties be continued to the regular meetin~ of the
<br />city Council on Monday, September 12, 1994. FoIl

<br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that an ordinance
<br />prohibiting the use and storage of barbecues end all
<br />open flame devices on decks and patios on multiple
<br />dwelling units classified as R-1 occupancies except
<br />where the balconies and the building are all nasonry
<br />or steel construction and an ordinance prohibjting
<br />open burning in the city of Roseville be contjnued to
<br />the regular City Council meeting of Monday, September
<br />12, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P.
<br />Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Wi ski seconded, that the 2.~5 acre
<br />site of City owned property adjacent to the Zeece site
<br />at 202 W. County Road B be sold for $121,000, and the
<br />Mayor, City Manager, and City Attorney be directed to
<br />prepare and sign any legal documents necessar~ to
<br />conclude the sale to pineview Overlook Inc. Ehould
<br />this developer decide not to participate, the staff is
<br />authorized to market the site to other develoIers at
<br />an appropriate selling price. Roll Call, AyeE:
