Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Robert <br />Bigelbach's request for a three lot preliminary plat <br />at 400 County Road B be approved with the stipulation <br />that setback variance requests will not be part of the <br />building permit applications for these lots. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and <br />V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance <br />1146, amending City Code section 7.025 regarding <br />garage and boutique sales in residential districts, <br />allowing up to three sales per year for three days <br />each, not to exceed nine days per year, with items for <br />sale stored except on sales days and one day before <br />and one day after, be adopted. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, V. Johnson seconded, that the motion be <br />amended by changing the maximum daily hours of <br />operation to read 8:00 a.m. to one hour before sunset. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke. Motion to amend <br />failed. <br /> <br />Roll Call on the original motion: Ayes: wiski, <br />Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
