Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that staff be given <br />approval to research the water tower site at l'airview <br />Avenue North and other sites in the City as a location <br />for a communications tower, and report the reE:ul ts of <br />their findings to the City Council at their re~gular <br />meeting of Monday, September 26 1994. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-5 <br /> <br />wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Sandra Kent.field's <br />field's request for final Planned unit DeveloI~ent <br />(PUD) plan approval at 1716 r. Hamline be approved <br />subject to the plans submitted and execution of a PUD <br />Agreement with the applicant and the City of I~ose- <br />ville with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be a monument sign. <br /> <br />2. That parking spaces one and two be deleted and <br />relocated to the rear of the building. <br /> <br />3. That the applicant make every reasonable e!ffort to <br />retain the existing vegetation on the sou1:h <br />border. <br /> <br />4. That handicapped parking spaces be reloca1:ed to <br />the three and four spots. <br /> <br />5.
