<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />V. Johnson moved, wi ski seconded, that the regular
<br />City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, November
<br />28, be changed to Tuesday, November 29, 1994,
<br />beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Roseville City Hall
<br />because of Hanukkah and in order to give travelers
<br />more time to return from the Thanksgiving Holiday.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the Roseville
<br />Pipeline Safety Advisory Task Force report on
<br />"Pipeline and Pipeline Terminal Safety" in Roseville
<br />be approved, and Council expressed their thanks to the
<br />Task Force. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
