Johnson seconded, that District 1, COMPREHENSIVE <br />site 1-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (Old Highway 8 and PLAN <br />County Road D), be designated Business (B). Roll Call, <br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that District 1, <br />site 1-2 of the Comprehensive Plan (County Road C-2 <br />and Highway 88), be designated as Medium Density <br />Residential (MR) with use of a Planned unit <br />Development (PUD). Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, <br />Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that District 2, site <br />2-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (south of County Road D <br />and east of Cleveland Avenue), be designated Park (P). <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that District 3, <br />site 3-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (2800 Arona, <br />Current Recreation offices), be designated Park/ High <br />Density Residential (P/HR) with use of a Planned unit <br />Development (PUD). Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, <br />Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that District 3, <br />site 3-2 of the Comprehensive Plan (Hamline Shopping <br />Center, be designated Medium Density Residential/ <br />Business (MR/B). Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, <br />Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that District 3, <br />site 3-3 of the Comprehensive Plan {Hamline Avenue and <br />Lydia, be designated Low Density Residential (LR). <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that District 4, site <br />4-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (Victoria street and <br />County Road C), remain unchanged as Low Density <br />Residential (LR). Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, <br />wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />No specific changes were recommended for District 5 of <br />the Comprehensive Plan at this time. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that District 6, site <br />6-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (Rice street and County <br />Road C), be designated Business Adjacent (B).
