<br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that District 10,
<br />Site 10-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (south of County
<br />Road C between Fairview and Cleveland Avenue), be
<br />designated as Business (B), and utilized as a Mixed
<br />Use Business Park. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />No specific changes were recommended for District 11
<br />of the Comprehensive Plan at this time.

<br />wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that District 12,
<br />site 12-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (Fairview and
<br />County Road B), be designated as ChurchlLow Density
<br />Residential (CH/LR). Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that District 13,
<br />site 13-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (Lexington and
<br />County Road B), be designated as Park (P). Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Goedeke, and Mastel. Nays: wiski and
<br />V. Johnson. Motion failed.

<br />V. Johnson moved, Wiski seconded, to amend District
<br />13, site 13-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (Lexington and
<br />County Road B), by allowing staff to negotiate the
<br />Zuettel property and, if successful, the Band
<br />Lexington site would be revisited for park and other
<br />uses. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />P. Johnson, Goedeke, and Mastel. Motion failed.

<br />13, Site 13-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (Lexington and
<br />County Road B), to Park (P) and Medium Density
<br />Residential (MR). Roll Call, Ayes: wiski and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: P. Johnson, Goedeke, and Mastel.
<br />Motion failed.

<br />A letter received from Dr. and Mrs. James F. Berry,
<br />supporting the site of the former Lexington School at
<br />the corner of Lexington Avenue and County Road B as
<br />park land was read and is attached to these minutes.

<br />Site 13-2 of the Comprehensive Plan (north of
<br />Larpenteur between Lexington and Fernwood), be
<br />designated as Shopping Center (SC). Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that District 13,
<br />Site 13-3 of the Comprehensive Plan (Hamline Avenue
<br />north of the Library), be designated as Medium Density
<br />Residential (MR)/Planned unit Development (PUD) only
<br />on the lots which directly abut Hamline Avenue. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.
