Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, wiski, Goedeke, <br />Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that District 14, site <br />14-2 of the Comprehensive Plan (Dale street and south <br />of Highway 36), be designated as School (S). Roll <br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and <br />V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, V. Johnson seconded, that District <br />15, site 15-1 of the Comprehensive Plan (south of <br />County Road B and west of Rice Street), be designated <br />as Medium Density Residential (MR) through Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD). (This does not include <br />properties fronting Burke Avenue in a single family <br />compatible design.) Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, <br />Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, V. Johnson seconded, that District 15, <br />site 15-1 of the comprehensive Plan be amended to <br />include the two lots on Burke Avenue, in an MR design <br />compatible to single family development in the area. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson. Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, wi ski seconded, that District 15, site <br />15-2 of the Comprehensive Plan (north of McCarrons <br />Boulevard North and west of Rice Street), be <br />designated as Park (P)/Medium Density Residential (MR) <br />within a Planned unit Development (PUD). Roll Call, <br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that District 15, <br />Site 15-3 of the Comprehensive Plan (north of <br />Larpenteur Avenue and west of Galtier Street), be <br />designated as Park (P)/Medium Density Residential <br />(MR). Staff was asked to review possible land swaps <br />or other methods of solving soils and contamination <br />process. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, <br />Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION <br />9102, amendment to the Roseville Comprehensive Plan, 9102 <br />revising the text, the adoptions by reference, and <br />Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map designations of the <br />existing plan adopted in 1979, be adopted subject to <br />Metropolitan Council for review, and staff be directed <br />to submit the Plan for such review. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />P. Johnson, wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br />
