<br />Mastel moved, wiski seconded, that Ordinance 1053,
<br />amending section 254.090 of the City Code of the City
<br />of Roseville, prohibiting the giving of gifts to or
<br />the acceptance of gifts by public officials, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (Continued)
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that approval for
<br />compromise grading and landscape plans for
<br />Presbyterian Homes at 1910 County Road 0, be approved
<br />with the following conditions:

<br />1. That 1,500 - 2,000 yards of dirt be removed.
<br />
<br />2. That the City pay the cost, not to exceed $12,000.
<br />
<br />3. That prairie or other grass be mowed according to
<br />the City ordinance and the perimeter 40 foot area
<br />be mowed to the 8 inch height required by City
<br />Ordinance.
<br />
<br />4. That work be done according to plans received and
<br />dated by the City Council on September 26, 1994.
<br />
<br />5. That copies of the plans received on September 26,
<br />1994, be sent to all affected neighbors and the
<br />City Attorney, and that copies of the agreement be
<br />filed with Ramsey County.
<br />
<br />6. That a video record of this meeting be kept for
<br />ten (10) years.

<br />9106, awarding the bid for Project 94-06/94-09 to 9106
<br />include the base bid and Alternate B to F. M.
<br />Frattalone Excavating of Little Canada, Minnesota, in
<br />the amount of $368,580.40, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
