<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that staff be
<br />directed to prepare the Interim Use Permit, and
<br />directed the Mayor and City Manager to sign the
<br />permit, consistent with the lease agreement, when the
<br />document is available from staff. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be directed to enter into a lease agree-
<br />ment for the express purpose of exterior storage on
<br />city-owned land for a term of three years, with annual
<br />renewals available for up to three years as needed.

<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />F-3 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />9105, approving the establishment of a Hazardous 9105
<br />Substance Subdistrict 11A within Tax Increment
<br />District 11, and approving the Tax Increment Financing
<br />District 11/Hazardous Substance Subdistrict 11A
<br />Finance Plan, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, wiski seconded, that a new Development
<br />Agreement with Ryan Companies, concerning the Midwest
<br />Motor Express and Indianhead sites, be approved and
<br />authorizing the Mayor and City Management to execute
<br />it on behalf of the City. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that an amended
<br />Development Agreement with Ryan Companies be approved
<br />and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute
<br />it on behalf of the City. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />H. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />H-l P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance ORDINANCE
<br />1152, amending City Code Section 163, Prohibiting Open 1152
<br />Burning in the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and Mastel.
<br />Nays: V. Johnson.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Fire
<br />Marshal or Fire Chief be appointed as issuing
<br />authorities for the purpose of permits for Fire
<br />Department training fires or storm damage. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
