<br />D. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />D-1 Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, approval of an COMPUTYPE
<br />Industrial Development Revolving Loan Agreement in the REVOLVING LOAN
<br />amount of $700,000 for Computype, Inc., located at AGREEMENT
<br />2285 County Road C, and directed the city Manager and
<br />city Attorney to complete the loan agreement per the
<br />terms outlined in the October 10, 1994 Request For
<br />Council Action, and contingent upon participation
<br />by First Banks as a loan partner for $450,000 of the
<br />loan. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that the city Manager
<br />present final details of the Agreement when completed,
<br />and that the city Manager and Mayor sign the Agreement
<br />when completed. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson,

<br />and staff prepare, at some future date, a presenta-

<br />related to Roseville's Industrial Revolving Loans.
