<br />purchase of playground equipment at the Central Park
<br />Special Populations Play Area, per the advertised bid
<br />specifications and their bonded submittals, be awarded
<br />to Flanagan Sales in the amount of $82,000, to be
<br />charged to the 1994 PIP. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that Resolution 9109,
<br />authorizing the expenditure of $2,529.75 and
<br />advertisement of bids for the purchase of property
<br />identified by PIN 11-29-23-34-0027, with a minimum bid
<br />of $2,900, and a condition that the lot must be
<br />developed with adjoining properties, purchasing tax
<br />forfeit property adjacent to Milton Court, be adopted.

<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />9110, accepting the work completed under 1993 Contract
<br />B, and authorizing final payment in the amount of
<br />$61,885.75 to T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. be
