<br />Roseville city council Minutes <br />November 14, 1994 <br /> <br />F. <br />F-1 <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9133, <br />recommending Calibre Ridge Homestead Classification, <br />approval of a change in property tax classification <br />from rental town house project to homestead property, <br />be adopted with the following change: "WHEREAS, the <br />City has found, based on the findings of the Ramsey <br />County Attorney in a letter dated August 17, 1994:". <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wiski, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution <br />9134, directing the County Auditor to levy unpaid <br />water, sewer, and false alarm charges for payable <br />1995, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, <br />P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson.
