<br />Roseville city council Minutes <br />November 29, 1994 <br /> <br />D-2 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the bid for <br />curbside collection of recyclab1es be awarded to Super <br />Cycle in the amount of $2.14 per household per month <br />for 9,400 households for the period January 1, 1995 <br />through December 31, 1995. Roseville shall receive <br />one-third of the revenue from the sale of the <br />recyclables. The bid is awarded in accordance with <br />the city of Roseville Request For Bids opened on <br />November 14, 1994. The materials collected include <br />all current items plus mixed household mail. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />0-3 <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the attached <br />schedule containing proposed 1995 utility rates for <br />Fiscal Year 1995 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and wiski. Nays: None. <br /> <br />0-4 <br /> <br />(Mayor Johnson arrived at 6:10 p.m.) <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that staff be <br />authorized to develop plans, following the guidelines <br />listed below, for a possible joint City/School <br />gymnastics facility to be located at Roseville <br />Area High School, with monies to be taken from the <br />1995 Contingency Fund and reimbursement coming from <br />future project funding. <br /> <br />1. That District 623 will provide the land and <br />connections to the High School. <br /> <br />2. That the City of Roseville will pay a maximum of <br />$850,000 to build the gymnastics facility. The <br />gymnastics area will be constructed to the maximum <br />square footage allowed in the $850,000. The <br />gymnastics gym will be bid as an alternate. Based <br />on preliminary projections, the bid size of the <br />gym and support area will be 9,400 square feet. <br />The specifications will contain language that will <br />allow an increase in size if the square foot cost <br />is below the predetermined budget. <br /> <br />3. That the gymnastics area will be designed so the <br />east wall can be expanded in the future if there <br />is a need and the resources are available. <br /> <br />4. That there will be a separate entrance to the <br />gymnastics facility that will also lead to the <br />cultural arts space. <br /> <br />5.
