<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />November 29, 1994 <br /> <br />0-5 <br /> <br />D-6 <br /> <br />0-7 <br /> <br />E. <br />E-l <br /> <br />- The School District will have the use of the <br />facility for appropriate physical education <br />classes during the school day and for the <br />gymnastics team during the team season. <br /> <br />- That the City will have the use during all non- <br />school and team gymnastics times and unscheduled <br />times during the school day. <br /> <br />- That the City will have the use of the cultural <br />arts, science, weight training, and aerobics gym <br />areas during non-school scheduled time. <br /> <br />- That an arrangement for equitable payment of <br />operating expenses will be made by both parties. <br /> <br />6. That the Roseville Gymnastics Association will be <br />consulted for their input during the design <br />process. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wiski, <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Recreation <br />Oepartment operations and budgets be combined effec- <br />tive for Fiscal Year 1994. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that the Request For <br />Proposal to acquire and develop a 34 acre site located <br />in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of I-35W <br />and Highway 36 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Request <br />For Proposal to acquire and develop a 13 acre site <br />located at 2800 Arona street be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />COMBINING <br />OPERATIONS-- <br />RECREATION <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR <br />PROPOSAL, <br />I-35W/36 <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR <br />PROPOSAL, <br />ACTIVITY <br />CENTER SITE <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed at 6:30 p.m. for a supper break. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Roseville Fire Chief Joel Hewitt; Roseville Fire <br />Marshal John Loftus; state Fire Marshal and Oirector <br />of the Office of Pipeline Safety Tom Brace; and <br />Administrator of Pipeline Safety Charles Keno were <br />present to review the incident at Williams Pipeline on <br />November 24, 1994, and the City's response. <br /> <br />WILLIAMS <br />PIPELINE <br />INCIDENT <br />
