<br />0-1 Goedeke moved, Wi ski seconded, that Resolution 9135, RESOLUTION
<br />approving Agreement No. 72330M, between the state of 9135
<br />Minnesota Department of Transportation, Ramsey county,
<br />and the City of Roseville, covering construction and
<br />maintenance of traffic control signals on the T.H. 36
<br />north and south ramps--Comrnerce street at Hamline
<br />Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />0-2 P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that the change CITY PROJECT
<br />order to extend the completion dates of city Project 93-10
<br />93-10, Lincoln Drive and County Ditch 4, from september
<br />9, 1994 to November 15, 1994 for Lincoln Drive, and
<br />from July 29, 1994 to May 30, 1995 for County Ditch 4,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />0-3 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />9136, determining to acquire by condemnation under the 9136
<br />powers of Eminent Domain certain easements for
<br />permanent roadway and utility purposes, and temporary
<br />construction, and directing the necessary proceedings
<br />be instituted by the City Attorney for such purpose,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />removed from the Parks and Recreation budget and a
<br />Five Year Business Plan be produced for the OVAL.

<br />submitting the adopted property tax levy on real 9137
<br />estate to the Ramsey County Auditor for the Fiscal
<br />Year of 1995, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9138, RESOLUTION
<br />directing the County Auditor to adjust the tax levy 9138
<br />for bonded debt, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski,

<br />None.
