Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. 0-5 wiski moved, establishing Call, Ayes: V. Johnson. Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9140, the 1995 Recycling Fee, be adopted. Roll Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, and Nays: None. RESOLUTION 9140 D-6 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and COMPU-TYPE, city Manager be authorized to sign the final loan INC. documents, subject to city Attorney review, joining First Banks in providing an economic development loan to Compu-Type, Inc. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Mr. Ellsworth Fisher, President of the Emerald Drive ELLSWORTH Homeowners' Association, stated at their annual FISHER meeting the Homeowners voted to ask Council to change the public street Emerald Drive to Emerald Ridge. Council stated this item would be put on the January 9, 1995, regular City Council meeting agenda. The meeting was recessed at 6:30 p.m. for a supper break. The meeting was reconvened at 7:15 p.m. E. COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS E-1 Because the representative of the National Commission on Parks and Recreation Agency Accreditation was unable to attend the meeting, presentation of the National Accreditation Plaque to the city of Roseville was continued to the January 9, 1995 regular City Council meeting.
