Roseville city council Minutes December 12, 1994 3. That the new water services on the existing water main in Grandview must be tapped by Roseville's utility Department. The street repair must meet Rosevi11e's standards. The contractor is required to take out the needed permits at city Hall for this work. 4. That the location of the proposed new catch basins on Lovell Lane South will have to meet Engineering Department standards. 5. That the existing cul-de-sac at the end of Lovell Avenue does not meet City standards. Snow storage is very short in the existing cul-de-sac. A study to enlarge the driving area must be done at this time. 6. That the plans must show the service locations. 7. That all deferred assessments must be paid. 8. That previously approved landscaping plans be extended to the eight units. 9. That the Planned Unit Development and amendments shall be filed by the applicant as an attachment to the recorded plats of the project with the County Recorder. Roll Call, Ayes: and V. Johnson. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1156, amending city Code section 18, Shoreland Manage- ment, adding statutory requirements and provisions for shoreland, wetland, and storm water management be adopted with an effective date to be after receipt of review by MnDNR, Metropolitan council, and publication and the adopted amendment sent to the Department of Natural Resources for their required review. The code amendment shall be included in the Roseville Comprehensive Plan document for Metropolitan Council review, and the ordinance sent to the city Attorney for inclusion in the current rewrite and clarification of the City Code.
