Johnson seconded, that Good Value GOOD VALUE <br />Homes request for final plat of a .73 acre site, to be HOMES <br />divided into eight housing sites, common areas, and <br />private roads be approved, and authorizing the Mayor <br />and City Manager to sign said plat when complete. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the final Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) plan which amends the approved <br />Good Value/Grandview Townhouse Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment and the Development Agreement originally approved <br />on January 24, 1994, be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That Roseville's standards for utilities and <br />street construction must be followed. <br /> <br />2. That removal of the concrete curb and gutter on <br />Grandview must be done per Roseville standards. <br />
