<br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the following
<br />wording in Amendment No.1, Section 12.09 of the
<br />Restated Cafeteria Plan for City of Roseville, "This
<br />Plan shall be administered consistent with th.e
<br />American with Disabilities Act" be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and Goedeke.

<br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Item E-9, a AGENDA ORDER
<br />resolution scheduling 1995 Pavement Management CHANGE
<br />Projects (PMP), be moved up on the agenda to follow
<br />Item E-4. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, wiski,
<br />and Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />Acting Mayor Goedeke stated that Agenda Items E-l, E-
<br />2, E-3, E-4, and E-9 would be discussed before the
<br />Supper Break, with Agenda Items E-5, E-6, E-7, E-8, E-
<br />10, E-11 (became I-I), and E-12 to become Items I-I,
<br />I-2, I-3, I-4, I-5, I-6, and I-7, and discussed
<br />under the section of the agenda labeled I. REPORTS
<br />ANO RECOMMENOATIONS (Continued, if necessary) .

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Charles
<br />Kadrie's request for shoreland permit and a building
<br />permit to extend a deck beyond and lakeward of the
<br />kitchen wall on his property at 1281 Josephine Road be
<br />denied, consistent with Resolution No. 9000. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, wiski, and Goedeke.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the City
<br />Attorney be instructed to commence a civil action
<br />against Charles Kadrie requiring Charles Kadrie to
<br />comply with the Lakeshore Zoning Ordinance of the City
<br />of Roseville. The City Attorney is further instructed
<br />to seek a court decree requiring Mr. Kadrie to remove
<br />certain newly constructed appurtenances to his home at
<br />1281 Josephine Road, Roseville, Minnesota. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and Goedeke. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Wiski moved, that Ken Kath's revised plan for a single
<br />family residential unit that is approximately 570
<br />square feet in size with an 866 square foot garage
<br />attached to the space for his retail center in the
<br />southwest quadrant of Hamline Avenue and County Road
<br />C, be accepted as a Night Watchman's accessory use as
<br />allowed by the Zoning Code. Motion died for lack of a
<br />second.
