Johnson moved, wi ski seconded, that a bid to supply a metal prefabricated picnic shelter, per advertised specifications, be awarded to Miracle Recreation of Minnesota, Inc. in the amount of $25,437, and rejecting the bid of RCP Shelters, Inc. for failing to meet the bid requirements, subject to final approval of the City Attorney. Monies for the shelter will be taken from the approved 1994 Park Improvement Program (PIP). Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and Goedeke. Nays: None. PICNIC SHELTER REPLACEMENT CONTRACT (Formerly E-8) I-5 wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the following Park Improvement Program (PIP) projects for 1995 PIP be approved, with monies to be taken from the $250,000 approved for the 1995 Recreation Improvements Fund of the 1995 Budget: Acorn Park Tennis Courts with lighting Basketball Courts Disc Golf Hockey Rink with lights Play Areas Sand Volleyball Court Horseshoe Court Landscaping Central Park Plan Lake Owasso Field Parking Reforestation Tamarac Play Equipment Central Park Lexington Amphitheater Resealing Miscellaneous--backboards, goals, etc. Other Amenities--grills, picnic tables, benches TOTAL 1995 PIP PROGRAM $179,000 10,000 30,000 5,000 15,000 5,000 2,000 4,000 $250,000 Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke.
