<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that the City Council's
<br />appreciation be extended to Edward Roberts for his
<br />years of service on the Planning Commission. Mr.
<br />Roberts will be recognized at the annual Volunteer
<br />Recognition Dinner. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that a Special
<br />City Council work session be established on Thursday,
<br />March 16, 1995, from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the
<br />Roseville City Hall for the purpose of:
<br />
<br />1. Discussing proposals received February 17
<br />regarding the redevelopment of the Arona Activity
<br />Center site.
<br />
<br />2. Reviewing financing options for community
<br />priorities currently under review.
<br />
<br />3. Discussing project priorities.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that support be
<br />requested from Roseville State Legislators on the
<br />preparation, drafting, and passage of a special
<br />exemption of the Local Government Aid (LGA)jHomestead
<br />and Agricultural Credit Aids (HACA) offsets on the
<br />City's Hazardous Materials Subsoil District. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the regular
<br />City Council Breakfast meeting scheduled for Tuesday,
<br />March 7, 1995, be canceled because the next regular
<br />City Council meeting was changed from March 13 to
<br />March 6, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, P.
<br />Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Item D-5,
<br />Breakfast Work Sessions, be added to the City Council
<br />Agenda. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the meeting
<br />location of all future city Council Breakfast Work
<br />Sessions be changed to the City Hall Council Chambers,
<br />with sessions to be videotaped, and videotapes to be
<br />retained for one year at City Hall and the Library for
<br />reference by the public. These meetings would not be
<br />aired live on Cable Channel 16. Roll Call, Ayes:
