<br />Roseville city council Minutes <br />February 27, 1995 <br /> <br />7. That one side of the 28 foot streets be posted for <br />"No Parking". <br /> <br />8. That there be a sidewalk on one side of the main <br />streets through the development. <br /> <br />9. That there be proof of park (in the form of cash <br />or land as determined by the City) in case storm <br />water runoff prevents use of park as contem- <br />plated. <br /> <br />10. That staff work with the developer to provide <br />proper screening and landscape buffers between <br />development and the existing development. <br /> <br />11. That relevant portions of deed covenants be <br />incorporated into the PUD agreement to ensure <br />proper maintenance and architectural control. <br /> <br />12. That there be dedication of all utility and <br />ponding easements. <br /> <br />13. That erosion control measures be reviewed by <br />Ramsey Soil and Water. <br /> <br />14. That a monument sign, townhome design, and storm <br />water solution design be brought back to the <br />Planning commission at their March meeting. <br /> <br />15. That a 120 foot diameter right-of-way be provided <br />on all public cul-de-sacs. <br /> <br />16. That a final storm water outlet design to Lake <br />Owasso be approved by staff. <br /> <br />17. That final street and utility plans, including <br />utility recommendations contained in this report, <br />be approved by staff. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and V. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the city <br />Attorney be directed to prepare an ordinance <br />establishing the Municipal Primary Election on the <br />first Tuesday after the second Monday in September <br />effective for the 1995 city election.
