<br />Roseville City Council Meeting <br />March 6, 1995 <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />F-] <br /> <br />Mary Bakeman, 1178 W. County Road B, invited the City <br />Council and public to attend and join in the Lexington <br />Park Cleanup Day scheduled for Saturday, April 22, <br />beginning at 10:00 a.m. There will be tree planting <br />by a Boy Scout Troop at 12:00 Noon. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that on behalf of <br />the Roseville Jaycees, March 16, 1995, be proclaimed <br />as "JAYS DAYS" (Jaycees Against Youth Smoking) in the <br />City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. <br />Johnson, and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />MARY BAKEMAN <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br />JAYS DAYS <br /> <br />F-4 Nick Temali, Director of Community Education at School SCHOOL <br />District 621, was present and gave an update on DISTRICT 621 <br />District activities. <br /> <br />G. <br />G-1 <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Dellwood <br />Street, from Country Road C-2 to Woodhill Avenue, be <br />constructed to a width of 28 feet. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the turnaround <br />for Skillman Avenue, west of Cleveland Avenue, be <br />constructed with a 70 foot cul-de-sac, 5 feet to 7 <br />feet away from the beginning of the pond, with <br />necessary right-of-way to be acquired from the pond <br />property and 2116 Skillman Avenue; and that <br />landscaping be installed at 2116 Skillman Avenue to <br />screen the new cul-de-sac. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />P. Johnson, and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />DELLWOOD <br />STREET <br /> <br />SKILLMAN <br />AVENUE <br /> <br />Mastel moved that Acorn Road be constructed to a width ACORN ROAD <br />of 24 feet with S-style curb. Motion died for lack of <br />a second. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that final deter- <br />mination of the width of Acorn Road be continued to <br />the regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 10, <br />1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, and <br />Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION <br />9162, approving plans and specifications and ordering 9162 <br />the advertisement for bids for 1995 PMP Contracts A <br />and B, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. <br />Johnson, and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br />
