APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A-I Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES <br />regular meeting of March 6, 1995, be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the Consent <br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-8 be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, wi ski seconded, that a proclamation <br />proclaiming Wednesday, April 19, 1995, as Arbor Day <br />the City of Roseville be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Wi ski seconded, that Timothy Walter <br />and Angie Hoffman-Walter's request for a 2 foot <br />variance to the front yard fence height requirement of <br />the Roseville city Code to allow a 6 foot high privacy <br />fence along the Cleveland Avenue frontage at 2074 <br />Cleveland Avenue North, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-4 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, wi ski seconded, that the public hearing <br />date for an ordinance amendment to section 14.040 of <br />the Sign Ordinance of the Roseville city Code, to <br />provide the opportunity for electronic information <br />devices that would not be directed to drive by traffic <br />and would be intended for use by a captive audience on <br />a particular site, be set for the regular City Council <br />meeting of April 10, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
