<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that those Volunteer
<br />Commission members who have not served the maximum
<br />number of terms be eligible for reappointment, and
<br />staff be directed to contact the Commission Chairs to
<br />request written comments regarding those eligible for
<br />reappointment. Staff will also contact those eligible
<br />for reappointment to determine whether they wish to
<br />serve an additional term, and advertise any vacancies
<br />in the local newspapers. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that replacement of
<br />City Policy 02-018, l'Alcohol and Other Drug Use by
<br />City Employees", with a revised version, be continued
<br />to the regular city council meeting of Monday, April
<br />10, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />The City Attorney stated no vote was needed by the
<br />City Council at this time to implement remote access,
<br />via telephone, to City Council work session meetings
<br />by absent Council Members at their sole discretion.
<br />Mayor Johnson stated he would like Council to try this
<br />concept at the April 4, 1995 city Council breakfast
<br />work session and April 17 regular city Council work
<br />session.
