The expenditures for the <br />contract will be taken from the Disease Tree account <br />of the 1995 Budget. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, Goedeke, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />(Formerly E-3) <br />wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9163, <br />prohibiting parking on the south side of County Road <br />C-2 from Hamline Avenue to Griggs street, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />(Formerly E-4) <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9164, <br />prohibiting parking on the south side of Woodhill <br />Drive from Churchill street to victoria street Monday <br />through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 <br />p.m., except holidays, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />(Formerly E-5) <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the fill/grading <br />permit for Central Park Elementary School be approved <br />to facilitate construction of the playground area with <br />a condition that the School District work with the <br />neighborhood in an effort to minimize the number of <br />trees to be removed. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />(Formerly E-6) <br />wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Roseville Lutheran <br />Church request for fill/grading permit according to <br />the modified plans be continued to the regular city <br />Council meeting of Monday, April 10, 1995. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />(Formerly E-7) <br />wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9165, <br />petition for ornamental street lights on Patton Road <br />north of County Road C to the end of the cul-de-sac <br />and the Feasibility study be received, ordering the <br />installation of the ornamental street lights on Patton <br />Road and directing Engineering staff to enter into an <br />agreement with NSP for the installation of the street <br />lights, City Project UL-95-13, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
