That the car wash be moved north and access to it be provided on the south. 2. That evergreen screening be provided along the south edge of the property. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. G-7 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Kenneth Kath's :KENNETH RATH request for Special Use Permit for leasing and resale of automobiles at 2611 Hamline Avenue North be approved with the following conditions: G-8 H. H-1 1. That there be a maximum of five vehicles for lease on the site. 2. That there be only indoor display of the vehicles. 3. That there be no outside storage of vehicles. 4. That there be no vehicle maintenance on the site. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that Harstad Homes, Inc. request for concept approval of a Planned unit Development consisting of 38 townhomes and 2 single family lots, rezoning from R-1 to Residential Planned Unit Development, and preliminary plat approval on land generally located west of the intersection of Owasso Boulevard S. and Western Avenue be continued to the regular meeting of Monday, April 10, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. HARSTAD HOMES ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1158, amending section 239.020 of the City Code of the City of Roseville changing the date for Municipal Primary Elections, be adopted.
