<br />Roessler, 459 Terrace Drive, be appointed to a three
<br />year term on the Grass Lake Water Management organiza-
<br />tion beginning January 1, 1995, and expiring December
<br />31, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that City Policy
<br />02-018, Alcohol and other Drug Use by City Employees,
<br />be replaced by the Alcohol and Other Drug Use by city
<br />Employees policy dated March, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that the settlement
<br />dated March 27, 1995, with Mr. LeRoy Rees, 600 West
<br />Ryan Avenue, in the amount of $1,200, to be funded
<br />from the Contingency Account, be approved. Roll Call,
